Day 1:
Instruction # 1: Label the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and Arctic Oceans

Instruction #1: Label the world's four largest islands: Greenland, New Guinea, Borneo and Madagascar
Instruction #2: Label the worlds five longest rivers: Nile, Amazon, Yangzte, Mississippi-Missouri, Huang He (Yellow) River

Day 3:
Instruction #1: Create a symbol for mountains on your map. Remember to keep it simple and easily identifiable. It should be in your legend/key. Add these mountain ranges: Alps, Andes, Atlas, Himalayas, Rocky and Urals.
Instruction #2: Create a symbol for deserts. Use it to label Gobi, Great Sandy, Kalahari, Rub' Al Khali and Sahara deserts.

Create a symbol for cities. Use it to mark the following large cities: Tokyo, Mexico City, New york, Sao Paolu, Mumbai (Bombay), Kolkata (Calcutta), Shanghai, Buenos Aires, Delhi and Los Angeles. Label the cities and put the symbol for cities in the legend.

LAST DAY
Check every day's work and make sure that it is on your map - every label correctly placed and spelled.
When you are sure - See Mrs. Witry for a black marker to trace the continent names and ocean labels.
